After achieving the European Championship title in the junior buggy class, the young Dutch driver will seek challenges in new categories and disciplines. Where exactly? You will find out by reading the article below!
"I grew a lot compared to last season (2023). The most successful aspects were staying calm when things didn't go as planned, immediately forgetting small mistakes, and staying focused. I also improved the starts of race weekends, being fast right from the first free practice and time-qualifying sessions.
The areas that can still improve include staying calm after a manche when things go wrong.
Maggiora marked the highest point of my season. Winning the championship there was a dream, especially because it happened in the penultimate race. I have loved Maggiora since I was little, as my father also drove there.
The most difficult moment was in Latvia, breaking down 200 meters before the finish line. One of the most challenging parts of the season was fighting Malone. He was a strong competitor, and competing with him kept me focused on every heat and race. It also motivated my team to stay sharp—check, check, and double-check.
My plans for 2025 include competing in the EC Crosscar with Lifelive and RallyX with a Ford Focus Supercar. My goals, as always, are podium finishes, preferably the highest step."
Wishing you all the best!
