FIA European Autocross & Cross Car Championship 2026 – Round 5 | Nova Paka

The most anticipated weekend of the season has arrived. The 2026 FIA European Autocross & Cross Car Championship is coming to Nova Paka, Czech Republic: the temple of European autocross, an iconic track that provides unique thrills every year in front of thousands of spectators.

The fifth round of the championship promises to be spectacular, with record-breaking entries: 40 SuperBuggys, approximately 40 1600 Buggys, and 50 Cross Cars, confirming this event as one of the most prestigious and beloved on the entire calendar.

Making the weekend even more special is a very welcome return: Zdenek Antony, 2024 and 2025 European SuperBuggy champion, returns to the European Championship after a brief hiatus. His presence adds further prestige to a category that promises to be extremely competitive.

Unfortunately, there will also be a notable absence. Toby Albers will not be at the start after his serious accident in Matschenberg. The most important news, however, is that Toby is doing well: he underwent successful surgery and is hospitalized, where he continues his recovery. The entire paddock wishes him the best of luck, hoping to see him back on the track soon.

In the SuperBuggy division, in addition to Antony's return, all the season's key players will be present, ready to battle it out on one of Europe's most technical and spectacular tracks. The same goes for Buggy1600 / JuniorBuggy / Cross Car, where the level of competition will be extremely high and every heat can make the difference.

In short, all the ingredients are there for an unforgettable weekend: a legendary track, an extraordinary crowd, full grids, and countless champions ready to put on a show.
The next event is Nova Paka for Round 5 of the 2026 FIA European Autocross & Cross Car Championship.
